About Donna Curtin
Donna Curtin, MIAHIP, is an experienced psychotherapist, a lecturer, personal development tutor, mindfulness teacher, wife and mother and a devoted practitioner of mindful living.
Her passion is supporting people of all ages in enhancing their well-being and discovering the wisdom within.
She has been practicing mindfulness for more than 10 years and has attended retreats and trained with Timothy Sweeney of Heart of Mindfulness and more recently as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Instructor with Jon Kabat-Zinn of the Centre for Mindfulness, UMASS, U.S.A. She has attended retreats at the Sanctuary with Niamh Bruce, at Giaia House, Devon, UK with Brad Ricouer, with Eva Bruha at Kaylana Centre, Dingle, Co. Kerry and with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli at CFM in Denmark and Florence De-Meleo Meyer and Carolyn West of CFM in Wicklow, Ireland. Her work is supervised by Anne Twohig at Centre for Mindfulness Ireland CFMI.

This radio documentary that was aired on RTE in November 2016. The documentary was about a project on death, illness and dying (Kurt, my husband, and I contributed to it) it was the culmination of a ten week arts project which was seed funded by the Compassionate Community project run in conjunction with Milford Hospice in Limerick. The project was lead by Sinead Dineen and Katie Verling.
